| USIOL Inc. was established in 1985 in Lexington, Kentucky. Our primary goal was, and continues to be, the manufacture of quality intraocular lenses for distribution worldwide. Our product range has grown to include sutures, viscoelastics and a phacoemulsification unit to the expanded PMMA and acrylic lens line.
USIOL lenses are registered with the FDA as well as having the European ISO 9001, EN 46001 and CE Mark accreditation. Manufacturing processes and protocols at our facility meet and/or surpass the standards of the above mentioned regulatory agencies.
